2. What response would be appropriate for Kroger if ahold and Delhaize merge?
3. What is kroger’s competitive advantage over its competitor Sprouts?
Please integrate your analysis with chapter 1’s concepts such as the differences of their vision and mission, CEO’s background, target consumer segments and target market regions, their financial situations, their polices, their internal or external threats and opportunities.
