Unjustice Systems In America

My personal Research topic is how law enforcement sterotypes individuals that they have encourters which lead to unfair and unjust arrests which later lead to court cases where defense rarely has the proper facts needed to exceute a fair judgement. Nevertheless often times, individuals of the the law’s choosing is often time able to do what they wish and have the side of the judge and prosecutor to go also rise up in error against an individual when the law enforcement officer is unethically performing their jobs. Many times, these issues lead to unfair trials.___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________This week’s reading:Ellis, C., Adams, T.
