Part 1: Review Levi & Askay’s Appendix: Guide to Student Projects
Choosing/Planning Section A.2 pg. 364: Consider brainwriting (pg. 364). How might this decision-making approach work for selecting your team’s project topic idea in this virtual environment on Canvas? Explain.
Possible “teamwork” project topics: In this course, we will be taking the “simulated approach” to experiential learning. With your team, you will propose a business solution for preparing teams in the organization. What are some possible teamwork-related topics your team might consider to develop a team? It could be anything about teamwork in organizations — choosing a topic about teamwork (e.g., mitigating conflict in teams, building social relations in teams, decision making in teams, etc. not only meets the project requirements but also provides an opportunity to reinforce teamwork concepts as you are “doing teamwork” 🙂

How might your team successfully follow the advice in our Levi & Askay (2021) text readings to
(a) plan and develop,
(b) monitor and maintain,
(c) complete and evaluate,
(d) hold effective team meetings,
(e) assess meetings for effectiveness? In your response, address two or three of these strategies for effective teamwork.
