A typical grant application will have multiple components (executive summary, problem statement, goals, budget, strategies, etc.). However, every grant is unique. Depending on the requirements of the grant application, you may need to supply other components. By this week, you should have a grant selected as the funding source for your Wk 5 project. Complete the Annotated List of Grant Components Template with the following information:

Provide a link to your chosen grant.
List the components (documents, artifacts, communications, and evaluations) that will be needed for your grant proposal. Describe the item.
Explain the purpose of the item.
Highlight the key elements of the item.
