Foundations in Agriculture, Food and Environment

Purpose and Overview
Rural and urban landscapes are directly impacted by governmental policy – both current and historical, local and national – as well as research conducted at institutions like the University of Kentucky and Kentucky State (our Kentucky land-grant institutions). At the same time, individual ingenuity and perseverance can result in outstanding contributions to land-grant goals and consequences. This track thus explores the intersections of individuals, governmental bodies, and universities in the development of agriculture, food, and the environment.
