1. Each paper is to be an analysis of recent economic events or economic reports from supplemental resources or references. Sources may include academic journal articles and current news publications. All sources must be less than a year old.2. The focus of this assignment is to relate and analyze current events to basic principles of microeconomics covered in this course. Do not use quotes from your sources in your paper. The paper should indicate that you have a clear understanding of theory learned in class and its application/operation in the “outside world.”3. The paper should have a minimum of 1,000 words of content.
